Welcome to Easy Rent Bali! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including vehicle bookings through our website. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

1. General Requirements

• Driver Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) or an International Driving Permit.
• Required Identification: Renters must present a valid ID, KITAS, or PASSPORT during vehicle pickup.

2. Security Deposit

• Deposit Amount: A refundable security deposit of IDR 1,000,000 must be paid before or during vehicle pick-up.
• Refund Policy: The deposit will be refunded if there are no damages or losses to the vehicle during the rental period.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment is received.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental may incur cancellation fees.
• No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

4. Vehicle Use

• Unlimited Mileage: There are no mileage restrictions for self-drive rentals.
• With Driver: Mileage limitations depend on the agreed terms in your reservation.
• Fuel Policy:
  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Refueling fees will apply if the fuel level is lower.
  • Fuel types: Diesel vehicles use Pertamina Dexlite; gasoline vehicles use Pertalite (RON 90) or Pertamax (RON 92).

5. Travel Outside Bali

• Permission Required: Vehicles can only be taken outside Bali with prior notification and a fee of IDR 250,000 per day.
• Unauthorized Travel: A penalty of IDR 500,000 per day will apply if vehicles are taken outside Bali without prior approval.

6. Vehicle Condition and Replacement

• Inspection: Renters are responsible for inspecting the vehicle at the time of pick-up and reporting any issues immediately.
• Replacement Policy: In the event of mechanical failure not caused by the renter, Easy Rent Bali will provide a replacement vehicle of similar quality.

7. Accidents and Insurance

• Accident Reporting: Renters must notify Easy Rent Bali immediately in the event of an accident, theft, or mechanical failure.
• Documentation Required: Renters must provide a police report and a rental accident report.
• Insurance Coverage:
  • Self-risk costs range from a minimum of IDR 500,000 to a maximum of IDR 5,000,000.
  • Insurance does not cover loss or damage to keys, tires, windows, or the vehicle’s undercarriage.

8. Prohibited Use

Renters are prohibited from:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or drugs.
• Using the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or towing other vehicles.
• Transporting passengers beyond the vehicle’s seat belt capacity.
• Driving on unpaved roads or off-road.
• Subleasing or transferring the vehicle to another party without written consent from Easy Rent Bali.

9. Vehicle Return

• Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, including the fuel level.
• Late Returns: Late returns will incur additional charges based on the applicable rental rates.

10. Limitations of Liability

• Easy Rent Bali is not liable for:
  • Injuries, property damage, or personal losses during the rental period unless caused by negligence on our part.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or natural disasters.

11. Changes to Terms

Easy Rent Bali reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
