Driver’s minimum age is 21 years and have a Indonesia Driving Permit (SIM A) or International Driving Permit, as well must show proof of ID like KTP / KITAS / PASSPORT and SIM before or on the vehicle pick-up.

Renter must pay guarantee deposit of IDR 1,000,000 before or on the vehicle pick-up.
Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or new damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Insurance Coverage section.

Unlimited mileage for self drive.
For rental with driver determined in accordance with agreement on the reservation.

Same to same fuel. If the fuel amount at drop-off less then at pick-up, rental will imposed cost of refueling.
On each vehicle there is a refueling instruction, diesel engine uses Pertamina Dexlite, petrol engine uses Pertalite (Petrol/RON 90) or Pertamax (Petrol/RON 92)

If you take your car outside Bali areas ,you need to report to our company / staff before and pay for original document of Rp. 250,000/day as long as the vehicle is outside the island of Bali If the car is found to be outside the island of Bali without prior notification, the renter will receive a fine of Rp. 500,000/day as long as the vehicle is outside the island of Bali

If vehicle experience machine breakdown or technical issue during the lease term, then renter will get equivaent vehicle replacement, except the condition caused by an accident or misuse by renter.

In the event of a breakdown, accident, or mechanical issue, you must call the car rental supplier immediately. They must authorize all repairs and car replacements. Please keep copies of all documentation you are asked to complete as you may need these if you wish to make a claim. Regarding accidents, a police report and an accident report from the car rental branch will be required.
Tenant will bear cost risk own risk as determined by the insurance , a minimum of IDR 500,000 and a maximum of IDR 5,000,000
All related costs like towing, repairs, and maintenance expenditure will be charged to renter.
Regarding theft, a police report and an accident report from the car rental branch will also be required.

Though vehicle has covered by insurance, but it doesn’t covers lost or damage to locks, wheels, glass car or chassis vehicle .
For the costs incurred, consequence lost or damage the charged fully to renter.

• Vehicle shall not be driven by any person other than Renter, or Additional Driver without Owner’s prior written consent.
• Vehicle shall not be used for transporting persons for hire; as a school bus; or for driver training.
• Vehicle shall not be used for transport of products for hire as a common carrier, a contract carrier or a private carrier of property.
• Vehicle shall not be used for: any illegal purposes; in any illegal or reckless manner; in a race or speed contest; or to tow or push anything.
• Vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers in excess of the number of seat belts provided by manufacturer or outside of the passenger compartment.
• Renter shall not remove any seats from Vehicle.
• Vehicle shall not be driven by any person impaired by the use of alcohol, narcotics, intoxicants, or drugs, used with or without a prescription.
• Vehicle shall not be loaded in excess of Vehicle’s Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) which is, weight of Vehicle plus weight of load, as indicated on the driver side door jam, or with an improperly or unevenly divided load as per Vehicle manufacturer’s specifications and/or guidelines.
• Vehicle shall not be driven on an unpaved road or off-road.
• Vehicle shall not be operated by anyone: who has given a fictitious name, false address, or a false or invalid driver license; whose driver’s license becomes invalid during the Rental Period; who has obtained the keys without permission of Owner; or who misrepresents or withholds facts to/from Owner material to rental, use or operation of Vehicle.
• Renter shall not transfer or assign this Agreement and/or sublease Vehicle.
• Vehicle shall not be used to store or transport explosives, chemicals, corrosives or other hazardous materials or pollutants of any kind or nature.
• Non-operation charges or service charges due to damage to the car or theft
